IVF should not be on the NHS - for the benefit of women,children and society

There will be and is devastating consequences to providing IVF on the NHS.  That is - it encourages people to wait till later to have their babies because they think 'ah i'll just have IVF'?
Is that what the government really wants to be doing?  Encouraging British society to have babies later?  because that is what it is doing now and extending the age limit will only make the problems worse.
